These are the Camp Commons! Meaning, the body of the camp. The DreamClan camp is seperated from the rest of the forest by a strange arrangement of boulders and trees, with briars and thorns filling in the spaces. Inside is a mixture of dry, sandy hollow and stiff grass, making it a nice place to sit and share tongues during the summer. The freshkill pile and the Starstone are inside. Moderator: Rivey
This little clearing, carpeted with soft grass (and a few briars!), is where mentors take their apprentices to train. It's surrounded by wide, leafy trees, but there's no shade. The training glade is also not too far from the dry riverbed. Moderator: Dreams [StarClan Warrior]
A tiny stream off the main river, Newgreen Stream is the camp's main watersource! So named because in Newleaf, the newly melted snow turns this into an icy little brook and in Greenleaf, it's become a large, sluggish stream... but in Leaf-fall, it starts to dry up and in Leafbare, it's barely a trickle! Surrounded sparsely by crooked trees and thin undergrowth, the Newgreen Stream has just enough prey to make this an ideal location in which to teach apprentices how to hunt (and swim)! Moderator: Dreams [StarClan Warrior]
A tiny chunk of pine forests in the north fields, it's been horribly burned in some past fire. Every tree has been reduced to matchsticks. The forest floor is still covered with a thin layer of ash and dust. Still, there is something springing from the ashes: some sort of sage is growing, and there are tiny sprigs of other plants. Perhaps one day, the Cinderdust Woods will no longer look like a ghostly shadow. Moderator: Dreams [StarClan Warrior]
Although 'rushing' might not be accurate, this enormous river is certainly not something to mess with! To pass through it, you have to swim - and though it's not particularly rough or fast, it's deep in some spots, up to ten feet. Moderator: Skye
One of the most beautiful places in the DreamClan territory, Serenity Fields is a lush, quiet place of lilacs and plentiful grass. The hills here are gentle slopes overlooking the surrounding area, and the meadow is often clouded. Cats often come here to contemplate, mourn, or to simply feel more at peace. Moderator: Dreams [StarClan Warrior]
The Thistlebrush Plains may be full of prey, but it has a rather small problem: there's hardly a nice patch of grass! The rest's all thistles, thorns, briars, and other unpleasant little plants. It's full of prey, though: every rose has its thorns...? Moderator: k! [loves Y. Bakura and Marik]
A large, empty meadow fills the Western side of the territory. Pretty flowers bloom, but most of the land is dominated by short grass. The flat, charmles land is skirted by trees spread far apart, and even though this place seems normal and somewhat boring, something is said to happen at night in Mystic Meadow... Moderator: Dreams [StarClan Warrior]
These dark trees are ominous, with filthy water that will cover cats up to their neck. This swamp is notorious for the death of many cats. Cypress knees rise up like daggers, and while the edges are shallow, deeper in the water can go over a cat's head. Only the strongest of warriors are allowed to venture through. The place is full of prey, though mostly frogs and rats. Complete with swamp snakes! Moderator: Rivey
Although it's not as large as the Greater Rushing, the Lesser is much more dangerous. It's downhill and moves rapidly, speckled with sharp rocks and slippery stepping-stones. It's difficult to cross, even in the best of days - cats can easily be dragged downhill and have every bone in their body broken by this horrible river. Moderator: Skye
This enormous forest takes up most of the Eastern Territory, and is prey-rich: unfortunately, it has many Twoleg-trails going through it, making the Baeren Forest both a curse and a blessing. Moderator: Rivey
This roaring street goes past the forest and to the Twoleg town, then disappears into the unknown. Not only is there no prey on the other side, it's paved with bad memories: DreamClan lost several cats when they crossed this busy street. On both sides, leaning, leafy trees cast a dappled shadow over the asphault. Moderator: Rivey
Strangely enough, the Twoleg Town is surrounded by fields of swaying flowers in every hue. Sometimes twolegs come by and harvest the flowers for an unknown reason. It's a beautiful place to spend the day - if you can ignore the twoleg stench! Moderator: Skye
A completely different place then the wild area of the warriors, the Twoleg yards are a world of manicured gardens, catnip, and spoiled kittypets. Some might long for the wild, but they'll never truly adapt after their pampered lifestyle. Moderator: Rivey
Not too far away from the Twoleg Homes and wedged in-between a restaraunt and motel, the Alleyway is what could be considered a 'meeting place' for city-loners. After all, not only do the twolegs (or Nofurs, as they're sometimes called) leave food, they're not often bothered! Moderator: Skye
This marshy area by the Ember Swamp is always damp, with an inch or more of water at all times. The long grass is slick and not pleasant to walk in - though you might be able to find plenty of frogs in this place! Moderator: Skye
This plain area of grass is long, and is taller then even the largest cat - up to a twolegs' waist. During the winter, the frost forms on top of the grass, making a thin, crackly layer... kits love to try and walk on top of it! Moderator: Rivey
Although the Rockplace is an excellent place to sun, it's unfortunately full of snakes and is barren of prey - and the Rockplace has been left to the loners. It's not uncommon to see a loner or two draped over the plentiful boulders at any time. Moderator: Dreams [StarClan Warrior]
How curious... this entire area is protected by thick thorns, briars, and thistles! No matter what efforts DreamClan makes, they can't clear a gap in the wall... However, once you fight your way through the thorns, you'll find yourself in a dry riverbed, untouched by water for hundreds of years... and something else, much more interesting... Moderator: k!
